Before accessing or using the Service, including browsing any Simplicated Games website or accessing a game, you must agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
BY INSTALLING, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
Simplicated Games reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service, its Privacy Policy and other relevant Simplicated Games policies at any time by posting the amended terms on the Simplicated Games Service. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the Service. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of our Terms of Service, the Simplicated Games Privacy Policy, or any other Simplicated Games policy, rules or codes of conduct relating to your use of the Service, your license to use the Service shall immediately terminate, and you must immediately stop using the Service.
Subscription Rewards When you subscribe to our service, you unlock a range of exciting rewards designed to enhance your gaming experience. We value your commitment, and we’re committed to providing you with exclusive benefits, including the removal of all ads.
Daily Rewards: As a subscriber, you can claim daily rewards every time you log in with an active subscription. To be eligible for these rewards, a minimum of 24 hours must have passed since your last claim, and you should maintain an active subscription.
Weekly Rewards: Subscribers can also enjoy weekly rewards by logging in with an active subscription. To access these rewards, at least 7 days must have elapsed since your last claim, and you should maintain an active subscription.
End of trial and subscription renewal
The payment is charged to your account after a confirmation of purchase. The subscription is renewed automatically unless you turn it off 24 hours before the end of the current period. The subscription automatically renews for the same duration as the original offer the users subscribed to (weekly, monthly or yearly). Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period
Cancelling a trial or a subscription
If you want to cancel a subscription during its free trial, you have to cancel it through your account in the Store. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged.
